MEET DR. LAUREN WOOLLEY

You’ve worked hard to build a successful life — yet beneath the achievements, you may feel anxious, exhausted, or never quite “enough.”

If you’re a high-achieving professional, you might know how to push through stress and meet every expectation, but not how to quiet the self-criticism, perfectionism, or fear of letting others down.

I help driven individuals like you find relief from anxiety and pressure — and reconnect with a sense of meaning, balance, and self-compassion.

I want to help you build a healthier, more flexible relationship with your thoughts and emotions.

How We’ll Work Together

Waiting room with four beige chairs, a dark wooden console table with decorative items, a folding privacy screen, and a door in the background.

Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), we’ll work together to:

  • Identify patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-criticism that keep you stuck

  • Develop mindfulness and emotion regulation skills to stay grounded and balanced in the present moment

  • Explore and heal the parts of you that carry pain, fear, or self-judgment

  • Strengthen self-compassion and emotional resilience

  • Clarify your values — the deeper principles that guide a fulfilling and authentic life

  • Take meaningful action aligned with those values, even in the presence of fear or doubt

This process isn’t about eliminating anxiety — it’s about learning how to relate to it differently, so it no longer runs your life.

You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own.

If you’re ready to quiet self-criticism, feel more grounded, and create a life guided by what truly matters, I invite you to reach out. Let’s start a conversation about how therapy can support your next step forward.
