Psychotherapy Fees:
Initial Individual Session = $225
50-Minute Individual Session = $200
60-Minute Individual Session = $225
Initial Couples Session = $325
60- Minute Couples Session = $300
Cash, check, and major credit cards are accepted. Payment due at time of services. All appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
Insurance Plans Currently Accepted at Collaborative Psychological Services:
*Please note Dr. Woolley is in network with Lyra Health for individual therapy only. She is not in network with any health or EAP plan for couples therapy.
If you have another health insurance provider, my services may qualify as out-of-network benefits (OON). I am happy to provide a receipt or Superbill you can submit to your insurance company if they reimburse for out-of-network (OON) providers. Every insurance company is different, and it is important that you contact your insurance company before our first session to find out if they accept OON providers and what percentage they reimburse when you see someone out of network. You would continue to pay me for each session, but at the end of the month, I would provide you a Superbill which you can send directly to your insurance company to submit for reimbursement.
